Overview:
Innodisk Server Boot Card is dedicated for server boot up application. Allow user to connect with maximum 2 PCIe M.2 modules and support hardware RAID function. By application, customer can set the device in RAID 1 (mirroring) for OS backup or RAID 0 for device accelerate.
Suit for Server Boot Drive application, especial in HCI and SDS, prefer to separate the OS in an independent drive. Server Boot Card in AIC form factor is able to release a drive bay for data storage drive. Also by hardware RAID 1 supported not only reduced system loading but also backup the OS.
Since the PCIe lanes is limited. Server Boot Card support PCIe Gen III performance with 2 lances, provide a high transfer performance but not occupy many PCIe lanes.
